Return policy is horrible

Return policy is horrible. My order number is not recognized. No i answers the phone. No one answers the chat on line either. Horrible. Will never purchase from them online over again and I like their jeans only this is crazy.

Great jeans but horrific customer…

Great jeans but horrific client service. Their return policy sucks. They don't take client service. No one picks up the phone and you can't leave a message because the mailbox is always total. The way they name colors and models are extremely disruptive. I ordered two pairs but they are not what I thought. The only way to buy an AG Jeans is to go physically to the store. Every bit much as I detest Amazon, they still have the best customer service, unfortunately.

Practice Non Lodge Online as you are not able…

Exercise Not Guild Online as you lot are not able to render for any reason. This is non made clear on their website and only when you observe y'all need to return the item do you find out this is non possible. How is this legal. This is the problem with ordering fro the US and not a euro country who have much stricter consumer protection legislation. Unfortunately it appears no such thing in the U.s.a..
This is appalling and shocking policy for a big brand like AG. In my view it amounts to miss selling. The retail sector may be struggling but this does not excuse this sort of behaviour.
I am really angry equally these jeans cost and then much and when they don't fit and you lot want to render them it's literally burned money. I am writing this to aid end others falling in the same carry pitt.

I love their clothing but no returns? are they high?

I honey their clothing, wonderfully made. But over the past iii months they accept had this horrendous "no return/no refund" policy. If you lot purchase something that does not fit or perhaps is not to your liking, you're pretty much stuck with it. Be very careful of the 'sale items' that are 'no refunds or exchanges'/Terminal Sale. For some odd reason (we think it's due to the current lack of business in retail) they are completely strict on this policy and will not budge. Earlier on we had a return where the 'tag fell off' (particular was only tried on..it'south non our fault the tag was placed on the particular in a faulty manner) and mind you nosotros spent over 2k over the past ii years on this brand as dedicated patrons, we were alerted and told that we 'sent back a 'used' item that has been worn and since so was told that was the reason why they cannot make any exceptions with a contempo buy of something that does not fit. Exist very careful of what you buy...in fact, buy it elsewhere where the return policies are more looser (i.e. nordstrom, bloomingdales etc) Customer service has also gone down hill with a tad rudeness gene to add together insult to injury...No returns in an era where where consumers are forced to shop from home? seriously?....

AG Jeans treats online customers badly!

I ordered 3 pair of jeans from AG online. 2 pair came which I almost immediately returned. I pair never came. When called, AG client service stated that the jeans were out of stock and I was not charged. Wrong: a paypal and "posted not pending" Amex charge for iii pair of jeans disproved that statement. Then they did non communicate with me about or issue a refund for the two pair of returned jeans. Customer service was very snippy and kept telling me that I was not charged for the missing pair. I have provided the invoice and UPS return confirmation to Amex who will dispute the $622.37 charge for all iii pair of jeans with AG. This is the worst customer service of whatsoever online store that I have e'er purchased from. Generally online merchants are friendly and efficient. AG is not. Avoid buying from them.
